Forrest Gregory
Executive Director & Founder
Originally from Hawaii, is the founder of Manna Market, which he established in 2008 as part of YouthWay Ministries. A former plumber, Forrest is passionate about helping young people thrive and ensuring that all resources are used wisely. His deep-rooted Christian faith drives him to spend over 60 hours a week volunteering as Executive Director, leading the ministry with a heart for service. Instead of enjoying a leisurely retirement in Hawaii, Forrest devotes his time and energy to this mission, embodying a strong commitment to stewardship and community.
Nancy Gregory
Assistant Director & Founder
Originally from Iowa, is the Assistant Director at Manna Market and has been a full-time volunteer since its inception. As Forrest’s wife, she has supported him in every aspect of the ministry, from administrative tasks to operations, ensuring the smooth running of Manna Market’s activities.
Guided by her deep Christian faith, Nancy’s dedication and passion for the mission make her a vital part of the organization, working tirelessly to help the ministry thrive.
Bianca
Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Originally from Romania, she moved to the U.S. as an adult and built a career in administration and international work, including a transformative year as a missionary in Haiti, where she encountered extreme poverty firsthand. Bianca is deeply motivated by her Christian faith and a strong desire to bridge the gap between surplus resources in the U.S. and the needs of those facing food insecurity. Bianca began as a volunteer in the bulk produce section, and after several affirmations, embraced her current role, where she passionately supports the mission.
Efren
Floor Manager & Truck Driver
Serves as the dedicated Driver and Floor Assistant at Manna Market, where he plays a crucial role in collecting food donations and facilitating their distribution to community members.
A native of Mexico, he relocated to the U.S. during his teenage years. Efren is deeply committed to his family and holds a strong faith in God.
His journey with Manna Market began as a volunteer during the pandemic, demonstrating his commitment and passion, which led to him joining the team as a staff member.
Moises
Floor Manager
Originally from Mexico and has a background in journalism and media. His passion for community service led him to start volunteering at Manna Market after the pandemic, and his dedication earned him a permanent role on the team in January 2023. In his position, Moisés coordinates floor operations, ensuring that food is properly sorted and efficiently distributed on delivery days.
Guided by his Christian faith, Moisés’ values are central to his work and his deep commitment to helping others.
